Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of any damaged, faulty or wrong products. You can contact us via phone or email. Please take a photo of any damaged packaging/products and weigh any package that has been damaged if part of product appears to be lost (seeds/fertiliser/wetter). Please take a photo of the weight of this also.
If you believe you have received the wrong product please provide the name, size and LOT Number (if applicable) of the incorrect product. You can do this via phone or email.
Any faulty or incorrect products that need to be returned will be provided with a shipping label to attach to the parcel and collection of this parcel will be arranged for a time that suits you. There is no cost to you for returning faulty or incorrect products.
