How do I return an item?

If you ordered items in error, or have changed your mind, you can return unwanted items to our warehouse within 1 month of your purchase date. The cost of returning the seed will not be covered by McKays Seeds.

Your seeds must arrive with intact packaging and be in original condition.

Your refund will be processed minus the cost of us shipping the item to you. The address of the warehouse is on the original label on your packaging.

Please contact us if unsure of the address. Please ensure you obtain a tracking code and notify us of the return so that we can refund you. After arrival of your parcel to the warehouse this will be checked that it is intact. This process can take up to 7 days following arrival to the warehouse. Your refund will be processed following this.
