What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If you provide authority to leave during checkout, you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. This will be left in a safe place on your premises.

•  If the carrier believes the location is not secure or if they are unable to access your property, they will not leave the items unattended and will leave you a note with instructions for arranging redelivery

If you don’t provide authority to leave, our carriers will leave a note directing you with next steps.

•  For Australia Post deliveries, your package will be left at a nearby collection point (e.g. post office or newsagency)
•  For Courier you will be left a note instructing you how to arrange redelivery
