I didn’t pick up my package from the collection point, and it’s been returned to McKays Grass Seeds. What happens now?

Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the items, excluding the delivery fee which is non-refundable. We are happy to arrange for this to be sent out again for you.
